About the RoleThis role is based in our Boston office.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated, year-round marketing strategies for our portfolio of events. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and event-specific goals.
- Create and manage detailed campaign plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery across all initiatives.
- Lead multi-channel demand-generation campaigns, including digital advertising, paid media, email marketing, social media, and media partnerships.

- Build and manage relationships with external partners to ensure successful marketing activations.
- Collaborate with Informa marketing leads across verticals and shared services to identify and execute partnership opportunities.

- Analyze campaign performance and marketing data to evaluate effectiveness, optimize spend, and improve ROI.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven B2B marketing role.
- Proven ability to independently manage and deliver complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing lifecycle, including planning, operations, execution, marketing automation, AI-enabled tools, optimization, and budget management.
- Experience building, growing, and segmenting marketing databases.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, display, and paid social) and content marketing.
- Creative and strategic problem-solver who challenges conventions and brings fresh ideas to audience engagement.
- Adept at balancing high-level strategy and ROI with detailed execution.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to build strong relationships across marketing, sales, operations, design, production, and senior management teams.
