As the Go-To-Market Marketeer for Teamleader Orbit
, you sit at the intersection of product, market, and sales execution. You turn market insights into concrete outbound themes, campaigns, and messaging that help sales engage the right accounts at the right time.
Together with Sales and Marketing, develop, manage, review, and evolve the GTM plan for Teamleader Orbit:
What we sell
: product positioning and value proposition
Who we sell to
: ICPs, personas, segments, and target accounts
How we sell
: channels, messaging, triggers, and outbound plays
- Act as the link between product knowledge and market reality, ensuring positioning stays relevant and differentiated.
- Create messaging that drives engagement across outbound, website, events, and campaigns.
- Use market and competitive research to deeply understand the agency landscape, buyer personas, and customer needs.
- Develop a clear and compelling value proposition for Teamleader Orbit.
- Track market trends and translate them into actionable GTM insights.
- Provide sales with sharp, credible outbound angles based on real market signals.
- Own and optimize outbound GTM motions for Orbit, in close collaboration with sales.
- Define the right inputs for target account and list building.
- Support and strengthen our ABM strategy with clear segmentation, messaging, and campaign logic.

Job requirementsYou would be a great fit for this role if you are:
- Have a background in the agency world, understanding the needs and requirements of this space deeply.
- Are a strategic thinker: you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are self-driven and can quickly adapt to our fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Are customer-centric and have a commercial mindset: you always put the customer first, and can think outside-in, you have the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Ambassador that activates and inspires: you are a master in translating complex concepts into understandable language and can get different stakeholders on board, you are a true spider in the web.
- GTM experience for a successful software product or have outbound marketing experience in other industries
- Are fluent in English, and speak Dutch or German fluently
