Overview
Due to a recent promotion, HSHS is seeking a recruitment marketing program manager to support our talent acquisition team. This critical role is responsible for managing our employee referral program, managing third party vendors in relationship to paid advertising, and leading multiple digital candidate experience projects.
This role reports directly to the System Director of Talent Acquisition and is a primarily work from home position with occasional travel to HSHS ministries throughout WI and IL. This role collaborates daily with our talent acquisition leadership team to address urgent hiring needs and create appropriate marketing campaigns to increase applicant traffic. The ideal candidate has a background in marketing analytics, is creative and organized, possess excellent communication skills, and is comfortable managing multiple competing priorities.
This role is the key liaison between recruitment and our internal marketing team to ensure brand alignment in all advertising efforts for job postings and paid recruitment media outlets.
- Responsible for managing all paid and non-paid recruitment advertising for entire health system
- Responsible for managing and marketing employee referral program and contests
- Work from home with occasional travel, candidate must live in WI, IL, or MO (St Louis)
- Serves as key internal liaison between recruitment and internal marketing team
Experience Requirements:
- 5 years of demonstrated recruitment marketing or employment branding experience required, preferably within healthcare environment
- 1 year of direct vendor management or marketing project management required
- 1+ years of experience with social media and campaign management experience preferred
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related degree is required.
