This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Largo, FL, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. The Demand Generation Specialist will focus on developing and executing targeted lead generation strategies, using marketing analytics to track campaign performance, implementing marketing automation tools, and collaborating with sales teams to drive client acquisition. This role requires proactive communication to foster relationships and deliver insights to optimize campaign outcomes.

• Strong expertise in Lead Generation and Marketing Analytics to design, implement, and measure effective strategies
• Proficiency in Marketing Automation and related tools to streamline marketing processes and enhance efficiency
• Excellent Communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and ensure successful campaigns
• Experience supporting Sales initiatives and aligning demand generation strategies with business goals
• Familiarity with the home improvement industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
