Job Title: Marketing Specialist
Location: Middleton, WI
Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Remote: 3 days in office
Pay Range: $80k - $90k + bonus
Summary
Connect Search is hiring a Marketing Specialist in Middleton. The position offers a hybrid work from home schedule of 2 days per week.
Responsibilities- Design and roll out integrated marketing initiatives across digital channels, including outbound messaging, paid placements, and targeted audience outreach.
- Partner with in-house creative teams and external contractors to develop compelling visuals and positioning.
- Oversee campaign pacing and results, adjusting approach in real time to stay aligned with lead and budget goals.
- Juggle multiple initiatives at once, supporting different customer segments, industries, and stages of the buyer journey.
- Evaluate performance trends across channels, focusing on lead quality, engagement, and conversion effectiveness.
- Develop clear reporting views that translate results into insights for both marketing and revenue teams.
- Identify opportunities to refine messaging, audiences, and investment strategy through ongoing testing and analysis.
- Work closely with sales partners to review lead feedback and continuously improve targeting and content relevance.
- Build and maintain automated processes that streamline lead handoff and enable faster, more informed follow-up.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- 3+ years of marketing experience
- Experience with B2B, B2G, or technology-based industries
- Lead generation management through digital channels
