- Designing and optimizing omnichannel lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Driving customer activation, engagement, retention, referrals, and cross-sell efforts.
- Owning the engagement marketing roadmap to prioritize initiatives based on impact.
- Leading A/B testing strategies to optimize content and audience segmentation.
- Developing cross-functional partnerships with Product, Analytics, and other teams.
- Monitoring performance and uncovering insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Identifying friction points in the customer journey and proposing improvements.
- Managing content and messaging strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Tracking and reporting on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or product marketing, preferably in fintech.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and behavioral targeting.
- Proven experience in developing and executing A/B tests and experiments.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions quickly.
- Experience with reporting tools and translating data into actionable insights.
