Marketing Manager​/Digital Marketing manager

The Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager (Remote) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the organization's marketing and digital strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role leads digital campaigns, manages remote marketing initiatives, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, search engines (SEO/SEM), content marketing, and paid advertising.

• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed performance reports.

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a remote marketing team and external vendors as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Manager.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.

• Experience managing remote teams and virtual collaboration tools.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
