Title:
Marketing & Outreach Coordinator

Summary:

The Marketing & Outreach Coordinator for Innovative Counseling Partners, PLLC, is responsible for managing the practice's digital marketing presence and building strong community relationships to support client acquisition and brand visibility. This hybrid Chicago-based role blends creative content creation, partnership development, community outreach, and digital strategy execution across platforms and events. Beginning as a part-time position-with the opportunity to expand to full-time-the Coordinator will work collaboratively with clinical, operations, and administrative staff to ensure that all external messaging, community engagement, and promotional efforts are aligned with ICP's mission, brand standards, and strategic goals.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop, schedule, and publish content across all ICP social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, X, Linked In, etc.).
  • Maintain and update the ICP website to ensure content is current, accessible, and aligned with organizational initiatives.
  • Monitor social media activity, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the community to grow ICP's online presence.
  • Track social media and website analytics to inform strategy and increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Create and edit digital content, including graphics, photography, video, and branded collateral for various campaigns.
  • Represent ICP at community events, school engagements, outreach fairs, and partner activities throughout the Chicagoland area.
  • Support partnerships and referral development with community organizations, schools, local agencies, and healthcare partners.
  • Attend marketing and outreach events, conferences, and additional opportunities to promote ICP's services and community impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, administrative, and operations teams to communicate program launches, events, and updates.
  • Support internal marketing efforts, including clinician highlights, mental health awareness campaigns, and service promotions.
  • Maintain brand standards across all digital, print, and community-facing materials.
  • Stay informed on emerging marketing, media, and outreach trends to keep ICP's strategies timely and relevant.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Communications, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms professionally.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web content management platforms (e.g., Word Press, Elementor)
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) or comparable tools.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to represent ICP in external community and partner settings.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in community engagement, event planning, or partnership development preferred.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of ICP and a passion for increasing access to mental health care.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events or online engagement.
  • Comfortable traveling locally throughout Chicago for outreach activities.

Compensation and Work Structure:

This role begins as a part-time, hybrid position based in Chicago, IL, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as organizational needs grow. Full-time employment includes access to benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and paid participation in conferences and events. Remote work is offered, with required in-person attendance for key events, community outreach, and select meetings.
