Overview
This is a hybrid role based out of our Support Center in Franklin, TN, with Monday through Thursday in the office and Fridays designated as work-from-home days.
Responsibilities- Oversee the creation, QA, and deployment of email campaigns, ensuring flawless execution.
- Manage day-to-day deployment schedules, prioritizing deliverables based on business needs and campaign requirements.
- Develop testing plans for personalization, creative, and strategy in tandem with cross-functional partners.
- Partner with IT, data, and analytics teams to refine segmentation logic and continuously improve targeting accuracy.
- Develop segmentation frameworks that support personalization, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey initiatives.
- Design, build, and maintain advanced customer segments using customer data.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners (including technical, strategy, and creative) to align on campaign requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and segmentation effectiveness to inform optimization strategies.
- Use data insights to recommend enhancements to personalization, targeting rules, and communication cadence.
- Contribute to A/B testing strategies and ensure results are incorporated into future programs.
- Customer Focus – Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Communicates Effectively – Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Action Oriented – Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
- Organization – Ensure projects adhere to a timeline or cadence in order to ensure team visibility.
- Bachelor's Degree in a marketing, communications, or business field.
- 4+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, or similar marketing field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be self-motivated, have excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills, and be willing to work flexible hours.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, waterfall logic, and CRM systems. Some design experience a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lifecycle automation.
- Organizational skills to execute complex, cross-team campaigns.
- Detail oriented, highly motivated with strong work ethic and quality orientation.
- Understanding of marketing functions and technologies.

Pay Ranges$65,979.00 - $
This range is based on qualifications, including experience and training. Other factors may be used when making an offer, including skills, experience, geographic location, and internal pay alignment. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range; the upper end is generally for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a factor where prohibited by local law.
