In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the customer lifecycle through strategic marketing campaigns. Your work will span the entire journey, engaging prospects and customers alike, while closely collaborating with diverse marketing teams. The ideal candidate will leverage data to inform decisions, enhance campaign efficacy, and push the boundaries of our marketing reach, all within a fully remote environment.

You will lead initiatives that not only drive pipeline and bookings but also foster customer loyalty and retention.

• Partner with CX & Product Marketing to align lifecycle campaigns to key customer journey moments.
• Develop innovative and engaging campaign messages with Product, Brand, and CX teams.
• Drive campaign orchestration for global initiatives and product launches.
• Ensure cross-channel consistency across various marketing channels.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing to enhance campaign impact and reach.
• Utilize AI tools to improve campaign efficiency and personalization.

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation.
• Proven track record of managing global, multi-channel campaigns.
• Growth marketing mindset with a focus on continuous testing and optimization.
• Strong data-driven approach for campaign measurement and decision making.
• Experience with AI tools in marketing workflows.
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ABM/ABX and AI-powered marketing platforms.
