Junior Account Executive: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Account Executive. You’ll work closely with senior staff and national and local campaigns to manage their mail programs. You’ll have the opportunity to work with leaders in Democratic and progressive spaces. Ideal applicants are detail-oriented, team-oriented, and skilled project managers. This position suits someone looking to break into politics or with little political experience.

• Work with our creative staff, including writers and artists, to execute mail plans.
• Draft budgets and enter data.
• Proofread key documents for accuracy.
• Partner with our copywriting and design teams to develop and edit engaging creative.
• Assist with internal administrative tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with State Parties and mail houses to organize volunteers.

• Cares about progressive causes, has an open mind, and is open to diverse perspectives.
• Has 1-3 years of political work experience.
• Has an eagle eye for detail, is highly organized, and loves proofreading and fact-checking.
• Is an adaptable team player comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Works well with others and lacks ego.
• Is a strong communicator and understands client management.
• Has a can-do attitude and a ready-to-dive-in work ethic.
• Is proficient in Excel and Adobe.
• Travel ready, comfortable with airplane travel up to 10% of the time.

Our workload accelerates in the run-up to Election Day. Starting in August, the pace increases, and AEs should expect long days and weekends with the team.

This is a full-time, exempt, fixed-term position.

This position runs through the end of the 2026 election cycle (November 6, 2026).

100% remote; applicants start their workday in Eastern Time, regardless of their physical location.

Because of the time-critical nature of our work, there is a mandatory vacation blackout from August 1st through Election Day. We operate on an all-hands-on-deck basis during this period to ensure client success.
