Responsibilities- Understand each client’s business goals and tailor the onboarding experience to align with their needs.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, relaying information between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure all project timelines, deliverables, and action items are clearly communicated and completed on schedule.
- Proactively educate clients on processes, tools, and strategies to set them up for success.
- Identify and communicate when client requests are outside the agreed scope and coordinate solutions with management.
- Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Document onboarding progress, milestones, and client feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- 2–4 years of experience in client onboarding, account management, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM, project management, or client communication tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce, Asana, or similar).
