• Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns across digital, social, email, search, and ABM.
• Develop content ideas, copy / visual hooks, and brand narratives that convert.
• Set up and launch campaigns independently using advanced platform features (tracking, segmentation, integrations).
• Analyze metrics, apply CRO methods, and reallocate budgets based on performance.
• Forecast spend, track KPIs, and report actionable insights.

• Ability to start immediately or within 2 - 4 weeks
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in performance marketing and media buying (Search, Social, ABM).
• Minimum 1 year of marketing agency experience
• Strong skills in content strategy, campaign setup, and testing ideation.
• Proficiency with tracking tools, analytics platforms, and CRO tactics.
• Understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and social media best practices to enhance brand visibility.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and adapt fast.
