Marketing & Events Coordinator

You’re imaginative, collaborative, and open to feedback but confident enough to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Marketing strategy support: assisting the Marketing Manager in delivering the annual marketing plan.
• Campaign delivery: planning and executing social, email and web campaigns with measurable impact.
• Creative input: bringing fresh ideas to the table and helping shape our marketing strategy.
• Growth, analysis and reporting: overseeing the growth, analytics and reporting of our owned channels, working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the content pipeline.
• Content creation: producing high-quality content for social media, email marketing, blogs, news updates and PR.
• Event coordination: supporting the planning and execution of events throughout the year, including partner events and Quantum-hosted events (travel and overnight stays may be required).
• Brand champion: ensuring consistent branding across all channels and touchpoints.
• Merchandise management: coordinating ordering and distribution of branded materials.
• Ownership and independence: leading campaigns and working autonomously, learning quickly and adapting to priorities.
• On trend: staying reactive and keeping an eye out for trends and time‑sensitive updates to the market.

• Experience working in a marketing or creative team.
• Experience in using digital platforms such as Canva, , Mailer Lite, Word Press, Meta, Linked In and Tik Tok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised and disciplined, with an understanding of the importance of deadlines.
• A sense of urgency and a can‑do work ethic.
• An innate enthusiasm for learning and taking on new challenges.

• Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.
• Experience in financial promotions and the compliance process.

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs.
