We are working with a growing business who are looking for a creative and ambitious Marketing Executive to join them based in Newcastle City Centre. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home part of the week, alongside an engaging office environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong digital marketing experience to manage campaigns across multiple channels and play a key role in shaping brand presence.
Responsibilities- Planning, creating, and publishing content across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, and Tik Tok, and monitoring campaign performance.
- Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
- Managing email campaigns, newsletters, and marketing communications, including reporting on results.
- Producing content for blogs, social media, and video, and being confident in front of the camera where required.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.
- Supporting marketing campaigns that include in-person events and customer engagement initiatives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable experience in campaign planning and execution.
- Strong skills in social media management, email marketing, content creation, and SEO.
- Experience with paid advertising (e.g., Facebook/Meta Ads) and collaborating with agencies is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Strong analytical skills to track and report on campaign performance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
