• Overseeing digital, CRM and customer experience to improve conversion and engagement
• Directing multi-channel campaigns with clear commercial objectives and measurable results
• Using insight, data and testing to optimise performance and guide strategic decisions

• Senior leadership experience within a multi-channel or multi-brand marketing environment
• Strong commercial judgement with experience managing and justifying significant budgets
• Hands-on capability across digital marketing, CRM, segmentation and campaign testing
• Proven experience delivering brand strategy and large-scale campaigns
• Confidence setting KPIs, measuring impact and leading teams at pace
