The Role and the Team

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Brand & Communications team here at Blue Light Card. This role plays a key part in bringing our biggest commercial and brand moments to life, from Black Friday and Member Days to product launches and seasonal campaigns. It’s a key role in helping to drive member engagement, brand awareness and business growth.

Working closely with the Head of Brand, you’ll lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution across the full funnel, coordinating activity across owned and paid channels. You’ll love getting into the detail; shaping briefs, aligning stakeholders, managing agencies, and ensuring every campaign is strategically planned, brilliantly delivered, and clearly measured.

This is a highly collaborative role, sitting at the heart of the business and partnering closely with teams across Commercial, Partnerships, Product, CRM and Content to create joined-up marketing that delivers results for our members.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver the annual marketing plan alongside the Head of Brand, aligned to key commercial and seasonal moments
  • Lead end-to-end campaign management across the full marketing funnel, from strategy through to execution
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across ATL, digital, social, email, PR and content, ensuring activity lands smoothly and on time
  • Own and manage the campaign calendar, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders aligned
  • Write clear briefs and manage the creation of campaign assets with internal teams and external agencies
  • Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, analysing performance and sharing insights to improve future campaigns
  • Run post-campaign reviews and optimisation activity, including A/B testing and messaging refinement
  • Support marketing operations by managing agency/freelancer onboarding, budget tracking, and day-to-day process improvements
What You’ll Bring
  • Significant experience in marketing campaigns, currently operating at Marketing Manager level
  • Strong experience planning, delivering and measuring multi-channel campaigns, ideally in consumer or membership-based organisations
  • Confident working across digital and owned channels (email, social, PR, content), with experience supporting ATL activity (OOH, radio etc.)
  • A data-driven approach, with the ability to turn insight into action and optimise campaign effectiveness
  • Excellent project management skills, comfortable running multiple work streams at pace and under pressure
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership
  • Proven ability to manage creative and media agencies to deliver high-quality work on time and to brief
  • A proactive, commercially minded mindset - you’re organised, collaborative and always looking for ways to improve
