The Strategic Marketing Professional is responsible for developing and executing PTx GTM plans that drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market differentiation across EMEA.

This role serves as the key link between R&D, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring that product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies are aligned with business objectives and EMEA customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  • Define and articulate product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to target markets.
  • Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and monitor industry trends to inform product strategies.
  • Creates a sales enablement tools such as product presentations, brochures, training materials, and competitive battle cards.
  • Partner with R&D teams to align product roadmap with customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Manage product launches, including campaign planning, pricing strategy, and communication activities.
  • Support demand generation efforts by collaborating with Marketing on content, campaigns, and events.
  • Track, measure, and report product marketing performance against KPIs such as adoption, revenue, and market share.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agronomy, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles.
  • Proven experience with go-to-market planning, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical features into customer value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
