Overview

Are You Our Future Marketing Assistant that wants to join a high performance team working on the future of finance?

We are looking for a marketing assistant who is naturally passionate and geeky about marketing, who can show a keen interest for our industry and mission. The right candidate will possess the competencies outlined below -

Responsibilities
  • CRM (Client Relationship Management) software – This is the Pitch Management department where the Pitch management team work with businesses (Clients) who are raising investment capital on the BF platform. If you’ve worked on CRM software such as ZOHO or any other CRM software, you shall explain and demonstrate why you did it and how you set up such systems.
  • Designing websites – You will work with a graphic designer; full CSS, JavaScript, or HTML coding skills are not required, but basic technical skills in graphic design are a bonus.
  • Marketing campaigns – Assisting in preparing draft newsletters and coordinating releases of newsletter copies ready to send out to mailing lists.
  • Social Media – Assisting in designing banners for social platforms (You Tube, Instagram, Twitter) and livestream thumbnails. Proficiency with Buffer or similar tools to reach an existing audience in a timely manner is important.
  • You Tube Livestream – Setup and coordination of live streams, teams and guests during BF Live streams.
  • Copywriting – Not essential, but desirable for first draft marketing copies or editing first drafts.
  • Troubleshooting and creating solutions – Support marketing strategies and demonstrate technical savvy.
  • Writing Blogs – Assist in posting blogs on the website on a regular basis.
  • Video editing – Mid to advanced level video editing skills and ability to edit training videos efficiently.
  • Livestream studio – Work with state-of-the-art equipment and software; possess the skills to operate such systems.
  • Graphic design skills – Mid-level Adobe Photoshop and/or Keynote skills.
  • Assisting as a co-host on BF Livestream – Confidence and good communication in English; ability to coordinate and manage listeners’ questions for the main host.
Responsibilities in detail
  • Assist in promotional strategies and product development.
  • Assist in copy writing and editing sales and marketing materials, including articles, presentations, white papers and collateral.
  • Assist in copy writing and editing corporate actions copies to Clients and Investors.
  • Assist in copy writing Investor related newsletters including other legal communications and formal notices.
  • Complete sales-related and marketing administrative projects, including running marketing and sales reports and conducting research.
  • Develop media packs and conduct conferences and trade shows.
  • Generate trade show passes, thank you letters and form letters for mass mailings to prospective customers.
  • Maintain project tracking spreadsheets and marketing calendars.
  • Manage marketing and media event budgets and arrange preparatory meetings for trade shows and seminars.
  • Prepare invitations, event agendas, track payments or refunds and registration forms for events.
  • Prepare press releases, company newsletters and event announcements.
  • Provide administrative support for projects related to the market, including meeting schedules, minutes, notes and memos.
  • Assist in creating and enhancing the campaign list and logistics for events like seminars and trade shows.
  • Provide personal and administrative support to Directors (travel arrangements, appointments, agendas).
  • Serve as liaison between advertising agencies, print suppliers, freelance talent, and marketing services.
  • Update company headlines and news on the corporate website.
  • Validate and fulfill requests for information and marketing, tracking mail and requests.

  • Adobe Photoshop – desirable at basic to mid-level; advanced skills a bonus.
  • Keynote

  • Website building with all-in-one marketing software
  • Word Press blogs
  • Google Docs/Drive/Slides/Sheets

  • Willingness to learn new project management software
Working Conditions & Other Requirements
  • Decent and strong Wi-Fi with reliable uptime to work from home efficiently.
  • Must have Apple devices (Mac Book Pro or Mac desktop).
  • A private workspace free from interruptions.
  • Smartphone to enable apps such as Telegram, Slack, Signal, Zoom, etc.
Work From Home

BF independent contractors/freelancers shall work remotely using their own secured Wi-Fi and company cloud-based applications, maintaining a high level of security. Contractors/Freelancers are preferred to use Apple devices (Mac Book or similar) where possible.
