Marketing Coordinator

About the Position

Velosio is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to be an integral member of the Marketing Team. As a Marketing Coordinator at Velosio, you will work with the Marketing and Communications team to create and execute digital brand, web, and content marketing strategies. Duties will include tracking campaign progress, developing digital marketing materials, sourcing images and artwork, collating content, updating online assets, streamlining digital marketing production, and handling general digital marketing activities.

You will interact with our consulting and sales teams, as well as key partners, to identify new opportunities and drive collaborative engagement. You should be comfortable working in an open, team environment of other marketing professionals.

• Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of company events including trade shows, conferences, webinars, internal events, and client-facing experiences.
• Managing event logistics such as timelines, vendor coordination, shipping, registrations, booth materials, and on-site support.
• Assisting with event promotion through email campaigns, social posts, landing pages, and internal communications.
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, leadership) to ensure events align with business goals.
• Tracking event details, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Helping collect and organize post-event data such as attendance, leads, and feedback.
• Supporting general marketing coordination needs as the team grows, with a strong initial focus on events.

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, event marketing, or event support.
• Hands‑on experience supporting events (planning, logistics, promotion, or execution).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working cross‑functionally with different teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed.
