E-commerce Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to manage the newest brand in Euroflorist.

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce manager, who will drive the performance and strategy of our newest brand. The right candidate is data driven, a self-starter and looking to make a big impact.

The goal of this commercial role is to increase Online volume and GP for one of our newest brands , ensuring a high customer satisfaction on controllable aspects and achieve department OKRs.

OKR’s on which success is measured are:

• Results of all E-Commerce activities for your brand (Transactions, AOV, CVR, revenue per user, GP1, Box share)
• Growth of Online volume and GP1
• Net Promotor Score (NPS)

• Responsible for the whole on-site customer journey
• Accountable for strong Online positioning in the UK region for your brand.
• Monitoring the quality of our web data and involving stakeholders to improve it accordingly
• Development and implementation of tactical/strategic plans to grow volume and GP.
• Work closely with our tech team to test and roll out new features
• Develop and implement pricing strategies for your brand
• Maintain relationship with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing
• Collaborate with our new product development team to ensure correct products are available on site for the brand.
• Forecast volumes for peak periods (Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day).

• Ideally a degree in E-Commerce/E-Business, Marketing, or similar
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience within E-Commerce
• Experience in the Gifting Industry
• Broad knowledge of E-Commerce, Online marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, SEA, CRO, UX, AB testing and data
• Up-to-date with latest developments within Online and Digital marketing
• Commercial mind-set and target driven

• 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Hybrid working model:
  Office-based:
  Monday to Wednesday, Working from home:
  Thursday and Friday
• During peak trading periods (including Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Valentine’s Day), full in-office attendance is required
• Additional hours will be required during peak periods and will be compensated with time in lieu
