As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution.

This is a relatively senior role within the business and will play a key part in positioning Black Label Creations as a premium, leading private label partner within the supplement industry.

The Role

Black Label Creations is looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, organised and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and deliver our marketing activity across the business.

This role is responsible for leading the marketing strategy end-to-end, from positioning and messaging through to execution and performance.

You will ensure consistency across all touch points, strengthen our brand presence, and drive inbound demand and leads through targeted, high-quality campaigns.

You will work closely with New Business Development, NPD and Senior Leadership to ensure marketing activity supports priority growth areas, client needs and wider industry trends, while helping the business move towards a more proactive, insight-led approach with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Black Label Creations, positioning the business as a premium, leading private label partner within the supplement industry
  • Drive inbound lead generation through targeted campaigns, clear messaging and high-quality content aligned to priority growth areas
  • Strengthen brand awareness across all touch points, including the website, social media, email, proposals and marketing materials
  • Take full ownership of email marketing, including newsletters for existing clients and campaigns designed to attract new business prospects
  • Manage Social Media Channels (primarily Linked In), working closely with New Business Development and Senior Leadership to generate the strategy, content ideas and ensure content reflects client priorities, market trends and commercial opportunities
  • Write and manage website blogs to showcase expertise, innovation and thought leadership within the industry
  • Identify, manage and execute PR opportunities, including trade press, industry features, awards, partnerships and thought leadership placements to increase brand visibility and credibility
  • Lead and support marketing activity for BLC events and trade shows in collaboration with New Business Development
  • Extract insights, stories and trends from industry events, translating them into weeks of high-value, multi-channel content
  • Support the creation of sales-supporting materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers and content that engages clients with new product ideas
  • Support priority growth initiatives with tailored messaging and focused campaigns around trends, launches and key industry topics
  • Manage Google Ads to maximise visibility, performance and lead generation
  • Take ownership of BLC branded merchandise and promotional materials
About You
  • Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Confident owning projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working closely with New Business Development and other departments
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal
  • Personable, humble and aligned with a service-led business culture
  • Passion for supplements, fitness, nutrition and innovation
Skills Requirement
  • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within supplements, nutrition, FMCG or a related industry
  • Degree in marketing or a related field preferred, but not essential
  • Strong copywriting skills across email, web, social and sales materials
  • Experience managing email marketing platforms and campaigns
  • Experience with Google Ads and inbound lead generation

    Experience with Social Media management and campaigns
  • Comfortable analysing performance and optimising campaigns
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
