Role Overview

Corporate Visions is seeking a Conversion Copywriter who blends creative craft with a performance‑driven mindset. In this role, you’ll be hyper‑focused on turning attention into action across our website, landing pages, paid ads, emails, and chatbot flows. You’ll be embedded in the content marketing team and will work closely with the broader marketing team to continually optimize digital experiences for conversions and drive measurable pipeline impact.

You’ll focus on learning what makes our buyers tick and writing sharp, persuasive copy that guides prospects and customers to take the next step—whether that’s clicking, filling out a form, starting a chat, or booking a demo. Your work will be vital for driving results from both paid and organic campaigns. Please note this is not a brand copywriting or long‑form content role.

Campaign and Funnel Optimization
  • Write conversion‑focused copy for paid and organic programs, including landing pages, ads, emails, social copy, and post‑click experiences that align with campaign strategy
  • Use our ongoing buyer research, customer interviews, and win‑loss feedback to continually refine messaging
  • Audit and optimize web and funnel copy for clarity, conversion, and discoverability, supporting both paid and organic marketing efforts
  • Refine chatbot messaging to increase engagement and lead capture
  • Partner with growth marketing and design to iterate copy and implement changes across channels
Performance Testing and Analysis
  • Design and lead A/B and multivariate tests on copy, headlines, and calls to action—collaborating with dev and growth teams for implementation
  • Establish and maintain conversion metrics, document performance, and share actionable recommendations for campaigns and experiments
  • Work across teams to ensure data is integrated into existing dashboards and reporting processes
  • Document what is working to build repeatable workflows that scale
Cross‑Team Collaboration
  • Help shape conversion and testing strategy with marketing leadership, regularly share what’s working (and what isn’t), and stay flexible to adapt to evolving business and GTM needs
  • Work in content marketing and collaborate closely with growth, design, product marketing, and web development
  • Ensure all copy aligns with Corporate Visions’ brand voice, writing guidelines, buyer pain points, and GTM strategy
  • Stay up to date on campaign goals, product updates, and digital performance metrics

Corporate Visions is a fully remote work environment, and this position can be based anywhere within our open and desired sales territories in the United States.

equirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B copywriting, with at least 2 years focused on digital performance or conversion copy
  • Proven ability to write clear, concise, high‑converting copy with personality across landing pages, ads, emails, and web
  • Understanding of conversion best practices, buyer psychology, and funnel dynamics
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, digital analytics, and CRO tools
  • Ability to balance creativity and data to guide decision‑making
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong learning mindset, curiosity, and humility—ready to propose, test, learn, and adapt based on results and feedback
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or revenue technology companies
