• 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting
• Proven experience in building dashboards and campaign reporting frameworks
• Strong data validation and quality assurance skills, with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• Familiarity with attribution modeling and test/learn frameworks

• Strong collaborative mindset with experience working across various marketing teams
• A growth-oriented mindset that emphasizes holistic marketing strategies
• Natural curiosity and ability to make data-driven decisions promptly
