Waters Edge Solutions is hiring a Partner Marketing Specialist to lead the execution of co-branded campaigns and partner-led events. This role is ideal for a creative and highly organized marketer who thrives at the intersection of brand, relationships, and execution. From co-marketing toolkits to webinars and strategic events, you'll help bring partner activations to life and fuel pipeline growth across global markets.

About the Role
You’ll report to the Partnerships Manager and be responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of webinars, field events, and joint marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, and revops teams, own campaign asset creation, and ensure that every partner-facing initiative aligns with brand goals and generates measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute webinars, field activations, and co-marketing campaigns with partners

• Coordinate all event logistics including invites, vendor management, swag, budget, and follow-ups

• Create campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, social posts, and toolkits

• Track key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and pipeline contribution via Hub Spot, Salesforce, or PRM tools

• Develop and manage partner toolkits and co-branded content to support GTM efforts

• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver on-brand visuals using Canva or Figma

• Communicate effectively with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and execution

• Support regional campaigns and events across North America, Europe, and other growth markets

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in event marketing or partner-led campaigns

• Demonstrated ability to manage co-marketing campaigns from start to finish

• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

• Experience with marketing tools like Hub Spot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, , Canva, and Figma

• Understanding of campaign analytics and how to report on success metrics

• Creative flair and a good eye for brand alignment across marketing materials

• Experience with global events or campaign coordination is a plus

• Formal qualification or degree required

Nice to Have

• Experience using PRM tools (e.g., Reveal, Crossbeam, Partner Stack, Kiflo)

• Background in SaaS or HR tech industries

• Ability to develop or design light marketing collateral
