Member Communications Specialist - Remote

• Coordinate the development of tactical member communications (letters, postcards, flyers, emails, etc.) ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to solicit feedback and gain approval for member communications
• Develop and maintain key internal relationships to support member communication priorities and requests
• Translate client requests into marketing strategy briefs for member or Business to Business (B2B) marketing materials
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for both routine and complex member communication jobs

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related area of study, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience;
  High School diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing, public relations, or advertising agency roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings and collaborate across departments

• Work experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with CMS, Medicare, and related regulations
