Marketing and Communications Manager (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid (London Head Office & Home Working)
Contract: Full-time (Significant part-time considered)

- Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and deliver COBIS’s marketing and communications plan across all channels.
- Drive Engagement: Create multi-channel campaigns to attract and retain member schools.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee social media, SEO, PPC, and content planning.
- Brand Management: Maintain and evolve the COBIS brand across all collateral.
- Event Promotion: Manage marketing for the COBIS Annual Conference and webinars.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build strong partnerships with schools, suppliers, and affiliates.
- Team Leadership: Line manage and support two marketing executives.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Proven experience in marketing and communications, including digital strategy.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
- Ability to lead campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
- Salary: £55,000 per annum
