Corporate Communications Associate

People Cert is looking for a Corporate Communications Associate who will support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, contribute to content, creative assets, and events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and timely communication across all channels.

• Support the planning and implementation of brand campaigns, including corporate, employer branding, and CSR initiatives.
• Assist in developing creative assets in line with brand guidelines.
• Contribute actively to corporate and brand events planning and execution.
• Help ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.
• Contribute to storytelling and content creation that reflects company values and priorities.
• Coordinate with creative, HR, and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Maintain communication calendars and support the scheduling and rollout of content across channels.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pubic Relations, Business, or a related field.
• Passion for marketing with a finger on the pulse of Industry trends.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of tone, voice, and brand alignment.
• Interest in branding, corporate communications, and employer marketing.
• Excellent command of the English language (native‑like or C2 level certification desired, Language Cert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus). Extra languages desired.
• Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification would be considered a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Well organized, self‑driven, flexible and able to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced, and deadline‑driven environment.
