Senior Director of Public Relations & Marketing; Remote

• Develop and implement a yearly comprehensive Marketing and Communications strategy for assigned hotels
• Provide guidance for annual PR, Digital Marketing, and Social Media planning
• Conduct in-person meetings with property teams to evaluate PR performance and social media engagement
• Create innovative publicity programs to increase awareness and positive perception of the hotels
• Oversee updates and maintain property websites within corporate standards

• Minimum of five years of experience in a Public Relations capacity, preferably in a multi-property role
• A university degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or equivalent experience
• Advanced media relations experience
• Knowledge of production methods in graphic arts and collateral
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience in a Marketing/PR agency leadership role
• Basic knowledge of journalism, marketing practices, and broadcast production methods
• Ability to lead and influence internal and external team members
