Remote full-time role open to candidates in the UK.
Ideal Candidate- Strong creative background with a focus on editorial.
- Exceptionally organized, able to manage multiple delivery schedules, processes, and competing priorities.
- Collaborative and easy to work with, with a positive, results-focused disposition and the ability to remain cool under pressure.
- Serve as the client’s ultimate internal advocate.
- Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules.
- Track tasks and deliverables for accounts on a monthly basis.
- Work with the production teams to ensure all tasks and deliverables are created on-time and on-brief.
- Serve as the gatekeeper for all production deliverables, reviewing work to ensure it is on-brief and providing feedback and guidance as needed.
- Attend weekly, bi-weekly or monthly client check‑ins.
- Ensure content or strategy issues are escalated and resolved quickly and effectively.
- Maintain strong computer skills, including proficiency with proprietary software and industry tools.
- Possess exceptional product knowledge and a deep understanding of production processes.
- Work at a computer during standard working hours.
- Exceptional communication skills with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to understand and expand a client’s brief into actionable steps.
- Capability to provide the production teams with clear, meaningful feedback on work.
- Deep product knowledge and innovative thinking to develop customized approaches.
- Diligent record‑keeping habits.
- Strong editorial and written communication skills.
- Good people skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
