As the Country Manager
, you will be responsible for driving the company's market expansion and establishing the brand as a dominant player in your designated region. Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or related roles, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and financial services.
• Proven track record of driving user growth and revenue in a competitive market.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong experience in local crypto exchange growth

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a startup or high‑growth environment.
• Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in the crypto/financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy tailored to the local market.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities to meet KPIs, including user acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility.

Business Development & Partnerships

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including local influencers, media outlets, and financial institutions.
• Build relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Lead initiatives to onboard institutional investors, traders, and high‑net‑worth clients.

Marketing & Brand Building

• Lead localized marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, events, and content creation, to boost brand awareness and user engagement.
• Work closely with global marketing teams to align local campaigns with the company’s overarching brand narrative.
• Collaborate with PR agencies and local media for effective communication and crisis management.
• Build and manage a high‑performing local team, including marketing, operations, and customer support professionals.
• Mentor and guide team members to achieve personal and organizational goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Monitor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies for growth.
• Prepare reports for senior management with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
