Salary: $100,000 - $110,000, OTE between $120k and $130k

We’re looking for atalented and driven Senior Ads Account Managerto join our growing team in 2026. In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic and hands‑on leader for your clients’ Amazon advertising initiatives. You’ll take full ownership of performance, partner directly with brand stakeholders, and develop bold, data‑driven strategies that deliver measurable growth. Working closely with internal specialists across creative, DSP, reporting, and SEO, you’ll help shape cohesive, high‑impact campaigns across both Amazon Search and DSP.

• Take a hands‑on approach to campaign management — building, optimizing, and scaling initiatives to exceed KPIs
• Analyze performance datato uncover insights, guide strategic pivots, and drive continuous improvement
• Lead client calls and strategy sessions, serving as a trusted partner and growth advisor
• Stay ahead of Amazon’s evolving ad ecosystem, including beta programs, policy changes, and new platform features
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive alignment between advertising, branding, and retail strategy
• Mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and helping elevate team processes and performance
• Keep clients informed onnew Amazon tools and opportunities that can unlock additional growth

• 3–5+ years of experience in Amazon Advertising (Search & DSP).
• 2+ years of agency experience, managing multiple client accounts.
• Expert in Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and analytics tools like Pacvueor Perpetua.
• Proven success improving
  
  ROAS, driving revenue growth, and surpassing performance goals.
• Amazon Ads and DSP Certifications preferred.
