Member Communications Specialist - Remote

• Coordinate the development of tactical member communications (letters, postcards, flyers, emails, etc.) ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion
• Collaborate with internal and external clients to gather feedback and secure approvals for member communications
• Identify and maintain key internal relationships to support the delivery of member communication priorities
• Translate client requests into marketing strategy briefs for member or B2B marketing materials
• Manage projects for both routine and complex member communication jobs, ensuring timely delivery

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience;
  High School diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in marketing, public relations, or advertising agency roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

• Work experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with CMS, Medicare, and related regulations
