The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want to launch their careers in fintech. Over a 12‑month programme, you’ll work on real projects, solve complex challenges, and make an impact from day one. With structured training and hands‑on experience, you’ll grow your skills while exploring different areas of the business. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager Graduate who will rotate across two areas within Growth. In your regional rotation, you’ll work closely with local marketers to adapt global strategies to local markets. In your channel rotation, you’ll develop marketing strategies across branding, media buying, events, and partnerships.

The Rev-celerator Graduate Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply).

• Recruitment:
  September 2025 – January 2026

• Supporting tailored marketing campaigns for local markets while adapting global strategies
• Collaborating with channel teams to design strategies across branding, media buying, events, and partnerships (recent campaigns include Audi F1, NBA, and Sziget Festival)
• Applying analytical skills to influence growth decisions, measure performance, and interpret KPIs
• Staying ahead of industry trends and exploring new approaches to marketing
• Building roadmaps and supporting initiatives that drive growth across regions and channels
• Developing storytelling skills while balancing creativity with data‑led decision‑making
• Gaining mentorship and feedback to fast‑track your career progression

• Graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026
• A minimum GPA of 60% (UK) or 8/10 internationally
• A degree from a top university
• A demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing
• An interest in developing analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Internship experience at a leading consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), investment bank, or private equity firm
• Knowledge of the retail banking or fintech industry
