• Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance processes for marketing activities

• 7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data‑driven marketing roles
• Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent
• Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign quality assurance
• Hands‑on experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Strong attention to detail with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor

• Ability to think holistically about growth beyond acquisition and performance marketing
• Natural curiosity and data‑driven decision‑making skills
• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and flexibility to drive transformation
• Strong collaborative skills to partner across marketing, analytics, and technology teams
