  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and subject matter experts to turn ideas and insights into well‑structured content and campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO, readability, and conversion, including keyword integration, clear calls to action, and thoughtful structuring of headlines and body copy.
  • Maintain and enforce content and brand guidelines to ensure consistent voice, style, and quality across all materials.
  • Monitor performance of content (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions) and use insights to refine content topics, formats, and messaging over time.
  • Maintain an organized library of content assets, tracking versions, approvals, and usage across channels.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or related roles, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong writing across multiple formats and channels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, email marketing, and social media content best practices.
Skills and Competencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to break down complex topics into clear, engaging content.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination in fast‑paced environments.
