• Support the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with annuity sales goals
• Track and assess marketing program performance, gathering feedback and sharing insights with leadership
• Coordinate with sales leadership to understand business needs and manage cross‑functional marketing projects
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners for smooth project delivery
• Compile, analyze, and maintain marketing and research data to support strategic planning

• Experience supporting marketing strategy, campaigns, and advertising within regulated industries such as insurance
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with strong analytical ability
• Proficiency in standard computer tools, including spreadsheets, for data‑driven marketing decisions
• Ability to work remotely and access to high‑speed internet, located in the United States or Puerto Rico

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution
• Experience in financial services or annuity/insurance products
• Knowledge of distribution sales channels
