• Serve as the central point of coordination between Security Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Technology teams
• Execute and manage measurable webcasts, webinars, and live demos to drive pipeline across multiple regions
• Compile promotional materials to enhance audience engagement and increase attendance
• Maintain campaign project plans and monitor progress using project tracking tools
• Facilitate weekly status check‑ins and resolve issues impacting timelines or quality

• ​Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a related role
• Strong program management skills and knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Experience coordinating enterprise‑level marketing programs or campaign operations
• Familiarity with marketing systems such as Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce
• Exposure to content management systems and dynamic email platforms
• Knowledge of project management tools like Air Table or Smartsheet
• Background in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sector
