Senior Analyst, Marketing Effectiveness

• Evaluate marketing efforts through the development and analysis of Marketing Mix models
• Collaborate on marketing effectiveness activities, including data delivery and analytics processes
• Consult with stakeholders to design and implement analytical processes that meet business objectives
• Maintain and update a marketing effectiveness roadmap outlining business priorities
• Support executive engagement materials and address critical business needs

• 1-5 years of analytics experience
• Experience running Marketing Mix Models or other time series models
• Paid Media marketing or analytics experience, preferably in digital agency or client-side roles
• Proficiency in R and SQL
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex findings clearly

• Experience with programmatic and/or paid social media, with knowledge of paid search, affiliate, or video marketing
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload effectively
• Intellectual curiosity and openness to feedback
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
