• Maintain data visualization dashboards and reports tracking key metrics and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement robust tracking and attribution mechanisms

• Support campaign operations, including budget optimization and allocation

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related performance marketing role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or other BI/reporting platforms
• Proven track record of using data to drive improvements in marketing performance
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to synthesize data into business insights
• Highly organized, curious, and proactive with strong attention to detail

• Experience working in a B2B marketing environment
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis
• Ability to articulate complex analytical findings to diverse audiences
