Position: Social Media Manager (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute social media strategy across platforms including X (Twitter), Instagram, Linked In, and Tik Tok, maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice

  • Partner closely with the Marketing Lead to align social and content initiatives with broader marketing goals and campaigns

  • Plan, manage, and optimize content calendars across multiple channels, tailoring formats and messaging for each platform

  • Write and edit high-quality copy for social posts, email marketing, websites, and campaign assets

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. speakers, sponsors, business teams, community) to support their objectives through targeted content

  • Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics to continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversion

  • Report on key KPIs, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance content effectiveness

  • Conduct competitor and landscape analysis, staying up to date with trends across crypto, web3, AI, and fintech

  • Keep pace with platform updates, social trends, and digital marketing best practices

  • Support wider marketing campaigns with timely, on-brand content delivery

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a related role

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to tone, clarity, and detail

  • Proven experience building content strategies that drive engagement and audience growth across social platforms

  • Hands-on experience with social analytics tools and performance reporting

  • Ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-moving environment

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Analytical, proactive, and creative problem-solver

  • Highly self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Solid understanding of crypto, web3, or AI ecosystems (strong advantage)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
