Media / Experiential Account Director

Location: Remote (UK‑wide) or Glasgow hybrid

Spaceand People’s Brand Experience team is growing. We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead key brand and agency relationships, drive commercial growth, and act as the strategic support for two Account Managers. If you thrive in a fast‑paced agency environment and know how to turn brand objectives into standout experiential activations, this role will suit you perfectly.

What you’ll do

  • Lead your own portfolio of brand and agency clients, providing insight‑driven venue and location recommendations.
  • Own a personal monthly revenue target and manage forecasting, pipeline and growth opportunities.
  • Shape tour location strategies, support pitch responses and ensure commercial viability across all work.
  • Mentor and support two Account Managers, elevating proposal quality and commercial thinking.
  • Conduct monthly client visits and represent Spaceand People at industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and venue partners to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong experience as an Account Manager / Account Director in experiential, media, brand partnerships or a similar commercial environment.
  • A track record of hitting revenue targets and growing accounts.
  • Confident communication, strategic thinking and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to guide and elevate others.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for brand experience and OOH environments.
