Role OverviewThe Marketing Communications Specialist supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing programs that strengthen brand presence and enhance customer engagement. This includes contributing to large‑scale campaigns as well as localized initiatives.
Working closely with cross‑functional teams, the specialist develops messaging, supports creative production, manages timelines, and ensures all deliverables meet brand standards. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners and external vendors in a fast‑paced environment.
This is a hybrid opportunity in downtown Toronto – 4 days in office / 1 day working from home
Strong preference for candidate with საუკეთ marketing/advertising agency account experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage marketing projects with accuracy, organization, and on‑time delivery.
- Support the execution of events, experiences, and marketing initiatives.
- Track creative requirements, approvals, and production timelines.
- Develop and refine messaging for campaigns and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with design and nervous digital teams to brief, review, and deliver optimized assets.
- Ensure all communications align with brand standards.
- Manage budgets, invoices, and reconciliation for assigned programs.
- Support research, surveys, and performance tracking.
- Apply insights to improve future campaigns.
- Maintain strong communication with internal teams across marketing, communications, and operations.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to support program delivery.
- Uphold brand guidelines across all creative and communications.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability in managing projects and budgets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
- Postsecondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or Event Marketing preferred.
- Agency experience required.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana or ).
- Experience with budget and invoice management tools.
- Familiarity with Google Suite.
- Typical office environment.
- Normal physical activity including standing, walking, and sitting.
- Some limited travel may be required.
The salary range for this role is $65k–70k annualized, prorated for the 6‑month contract term.
