This role involves the development and stewardship of opportunities and programs that enhance the overall experience for girls participating in various experiential programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and inclusive programs that meet the evolving needs of girls and their families.

By leveraging national resources and insights, the Manager will help facilitate a vibrant Girl Scout communityżs encouraging leadership, creativity, and teamwork. This position plays a critical role in shaping the future of experiential learning and program delivery, impacting the lives of girls across the United States.

• Identify key tactics to advance engagement of girl scouts and their families
• Partner with cross‑functional teams such as marketing and fund development
• Maintain a future‑focus vision and data‑informed understanding of member interests
• Manage projects as needed for program delivery
• Represent the interests, projects geeign voice of the Girl Scout experience cross‑functionally

• Bachelor’s degree in education, youth development, or a related field
• Minimum of five years managing non‑formal education programs
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build relationships and work in a cross‑functional team environment
• Functional knowledge of Office 365 or similar suites

• Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000
