Job Description
Our Creative excellence team in Geneva, expert in quantitative advertising research is looking for a senior research executive.
The senior research executive (SRE) will evolve in a multi-cultural and collaborative environment that promotes diversity and inclusion. The senior research executive will work closely with passionate creative advisors and will partner with sizable international clients, on various categories of products and services.
Some flexibility possible in the position with a mix of work at the office (3 days a week) and work from home.
The senior research executive will have the following main responsibilities:
- Actively manage client relationships in most of the research stages
- Act as an effective project liaison between the research team & the other company departments to monitor the activities as they progress
- Actively work on the set-up of the research including relevant design and questionnaire to meet client’s objectives
- Ensure high quality of the Ipsos standard through the process: controls the quality of the research data obtained and its consistency with the project
- Craft compelling narratives and visually engaging presentations that showcase Ipsos's thought leadership and deliver impactful insights to clients.
- Active participation in all clients’ conversations, briefs and debriefs and present insights and recommendations with impact to clients when possible
- Become an expert in advertising research, learning Ipsos methodologies, narratives and approaches to be seen as a trusted creative advisor for the clients.
The desired skills and experiences to become a senior research executive:
University degree preferably in marketing/market research, social sciences, communication sciences or similar
2 to 5 years of professional experience, in market research or creative agency
Market analysis skills, from data to insights
Manage multiple projects, liaise with a variety of different internal and external contacts.
Curiosity, proactivity, and entrepreneurship spirit
Collaborative and supportive mindset
International minded and multicultural oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills
Passion for creativity, advertising social media, digital with professional experience in the domain
Other languages than English are an advantage.
