Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency that specializes in data‑driven demand generation for B2B SaaS companies. We employ a proprietary Customer Generation methodology that focuses on SQLs and actual customers rather than traditional MQL metrics.

We are looking for an experienced demand generation strategist who will own the marketing performance of up to seven key client accounts. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in paid media, SEO, and CRO for SaaS businesses and will be responsible for strategy design, execution, client communication, and delivering results that exceed client expectations.

• Own the success of SMB clients across all marketing channels.
• Handle client relationships with poise, confidence, and empathy.
• Project‑manage and organize your accounts.
• Build relationships with key contacts at client organizations.
• Leverage deep technical knowledge of strategy, paid media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies.
• Prefer candidates with a strong SaaS background.
• Demonstrate the ability to make a large impact within a focused role.
• Show creative spark for marketing and a passion for achieving measurable results.

• 2+ years of experience in agency‑side marketing.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Proven strategist with a truly T‑shaped skill set.
• World‑class project manager who can deliver on time and below cost.
• Availability to travel as required.
