Assistant Manager, Group Human Resource at Prop Nex Limited | Driving Talent Development, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Excellence
Responsibilities: We’re looking for a creative and trend‑savvy storyteller to produce engaging social media content for Prop Nexприш power; you’ll conceptualise, shoot, and edit short‑form videos and posts that connect with audiences, especially on Tik Tok and Instagram.
- Develop and manage a consistent content calendar across social platforms.
- Produce engaging short‑form videos, posts, and graphics that align with Prop Nex’s brand and campaigns.
- Translate marketing objectives into impactful storytelling that drives reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, and viral formats.
- Monitor conversations, reply to comments and DMs, and build authentic community engagement.
- Tap into cultural moments and trending real estate topics to create timely, relevant content.
- Track and analyse content performance metrics to refine strategy.
- Identify content gaps, benchmark against competitors, and apply learnings to improve results.
- Work with marketing, video, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
- Contribute fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Maintain consistency with Prop Nex’s brand tone and platform guidelines.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years’ hands‑on experience in photography and videography.
- Strong creativity and storytelling skills with proficiency in video editing (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
- Good understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, and Facebook trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to craft engaging captions or scripts.
- Comfortable both in front of and behind the հաջող camera.
- Analytical, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to support bilingual content creation.
- Passionate about social media, storytelling, and digital content (active presence a plus).
