We are looking for someone who is passionate about capturing content, developing and executing Rocket Leisure’s social media content. This will include ensuring our brand message is delivered correctly and targeting the correct audience through paid and organic social content. You will work closely with the Creative Content Producer to optimise our brand and social messaging. This role has a requirement to be in the venues during some evenings to capture content.
This is balanced with a healthy mix of working from home, office and in venue.
- Handle all social media channels for Rocket Leisure.
- Create and manage a clear social media strategy including converting bookings and growing new following.
- Attend all Rocket Leisure venues to capture engaging content.
- Collaborate with Rocket Leisure acts to create engaging content.
- Report into and work alongside the Creative Content Producer to create best in class content.
- Engage with the community and handle all queries on social channels.
- Maintain the running of our influencer outreach programme.
- Have a good understanding of job specific KPIs through collating and analysing data.
- Report into the Digital Marketing Manager to deliver and execute all marketing strategies.
- Have good understanding of social media trends and reviewing competitors social media.
- Work collaboratively with the bookings and business development managers.
- Identify gaps in trade windows to promote and push bookings.
- Has a qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing or similar. Although this is not a deal breaker.
- Someone who is passionate about the late night hospitality sector.
- Has a clear record of producing best in class content.
- Must have been in the same role or a similar role for 1-2 years.
- Has good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe, Canva, etc.
- Fluent English, written and spoken – and an enjoyment and aptitude for writing.
- High level of I.T skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Enjoys working in a fun and passionate head office team.
- Confident with the managing campaigns, a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed expectations.
- Proactive approach to work, your duties and learning.
- A self-motivated person who is passionate about succeeding in Hospitality marketing.
- Great interpersonal skills, positive can-do attitude and warm personality.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail.
