Purpose: As a key member of the Marketing team, reporting to the Director of Adoption Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will plan and execute adopter marketing projects, develop high‑impact materials to increase participant adoption rates, and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑urgency environment.

Job Class: Exempt
- Collaborate with the Director of Adoption Marketing to define strategic direction for participant adoption objectives.
- Develop integrated, compelling traditional and digital campaigns driven by data to increase program enrollments.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to produce impactful content that boosts engagement.
- Leverage demand‑generation skills to capture participant attention creatively and effectively.
- Plan and execute digital strategies, including emails, text messages, microsites, and social media.
- Manage direct‑mail communications with the Account Management team and external vendors.
- Create, manage, and update content on company microsites.
- Develop co‑marketing materials for clients.
- Provide data‑driven reports on initiative efficacy to the Marketing Automation team.
- Write, edit, proofread, and update client‑related communications.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships for consistent, high‑quality deliverables.
- Maintain participant contact lists and permissions.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of engagement communications.
- Optimize digital and print design across delivery mediums.
- Balance competing priorities while managing client demands and internal requirements.
- Conduct competitor research related to enrollment efforts.
- Assume additional projects as needed.
- Excellent follow‑up and communication skills.

Office setting with minimal privacy, extended periods of computer work, and frequent interruptions from personnel and phone calls. Remote work is possible based on departmental approval.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3‑5 years of marketing experience.
- 1‑2 years in the health and benefits industry.
