We are looking for a Marketing Manager (m/w/d) with a clear focus on Email Marketing & CRM for the DACH market.

• Strategic evolution of Email Marketing as a core channel in the marketing mix.
• Planning, execution, and optimization of all newsletters, campaigns, and lifecycle mails for the DACH market.
• Conceptualizing, building, and continuously improving automated CRM & email flows aligned with the customer journey.
• Managing segmentation, personalization, and testing (A/B test subjects, content, timing).
• Analyzing and reporting all email‑marketing activities using key KPIs (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion, Revenue).
• Deriving strategic recommendations to enhance performance.
• Collaborating closely with Content, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams.
• Ensuring consistent brand messaging around sensitive health topics.
• Owning and maintaining the email/CRM tool, including setup, development, and best practices.

• Several years of experience in Marketing Management with a focus on Email Marketing / CRM.
• Experience in e‑commerce or D2C environments is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of Customer Journeys, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization.
• Proficient use of standard email & CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Hub Spot, Mailchimp).
• Strong analytical skills combined with strategic marketing thinking.
• Excellent copywriting, tonal perception, and audience targeting.
• Structured, self‑directed, and hands‑on work style.
• Interest in hormonal health, supplements, or female health is a big plus.
• Very good German language skills.
